Out of curiosity I clicked on the link and saw the below rubbish.
The fact that I even got this email led me to ponder: Did the brainwaves behind twitter not research the backlash that Facebook received during the
App Overload war?
The more important issue here is about account security. The Guardian
picked up on this and there has been a bit of e-outrage regarding twitter's association with an untrusted application that can result in spam from illegally accessing users accounts. And all this in the wake of the gmail/hotmail/yahoo email hacking disaster this month!
