Last Friday, Google launched its first interactive doodle, Pac-Man. The doodle has apparently led to almost five million wasted hours and cost the economy around $120 million dollars – according to Tony Wright, founder of Rescue Time.
"For that same cost, you could hire all 19,385 Google employees," wrote Tony Wright on his blog, and "That includes Larry and Sergey, right down to the janitors. You could hire them for six weeks – imagine what you could build with that army of manpower."
The doodle allowed users to play the game by clicking "Insert coin"(converted from the usual ‘I’m feeling lucky’) and a two-player version by clicking twice with Mrs Pac-Man! – Good times!
How did you get on and what was your high-score? 32,230 is the highest I’ve seen so far, has anyone beaten this?
