This is the second time they have won it in the past five years.
According to the panel of judges, Penta won because of its ability to deliver a competitive edge and significant business efficiencies to help clients compete in the global market and for its excellent candidate care and overall strategic management. The judges also commented that Penta clearly had in-depth knowledge and understanding of legislation and compliancy and were impressed that the company had flexed its brand to fit in with local culture and business practices particularly in emerging CIS countries.
