What makes a top recruitment site?

Interesting comment by a graduate about what makes a good recruitment site. I think that too often, recruitment agencies feel that they can ride on a fantastic reputation. It's all very well to have a great rep, but candidates don't don't know one recruitment agency from another! They don't care who gets them a job really, just that they get one!

"Recruiters can't expect their reputation or a clever minimal advertising campaign to deliver the right candidates: very often those with the best skills will be looking for an exact match for their talents which a vague suggestion of what the job might entail won't deliver no matter how suitable they are. Information about location and salary are key too."

I reckon that what makes a recruitment site no. 1 is by having little pictures of 'matches' over it... :)
