Google has launched its newest feature, Google Buzz as part of their ever expanding social media platform. Google Buzz is fully integrated with Gmail and the full roll out is expected to take place in the following days.

The new feature will also be accessible on mobile phones and the company announced that they will be launching a "corporate" version of Buzz for companies to use as a communications tool. In an attempt not to be left behind by competitors such as Facebook and Twitter, Google's new social networking technology mimics some of their key features.

Another interesting feature of Google Buzz is a "recommendations algorithm" that will allow users to better organise their social media contacts and content.
