Which social network should you be using for recruitment?

Does deciding on how best to talk to your target audience online often confuse you?  Well, the guys over at Zintro have now devised a nifty little infographic to help make your life a little easier.

We all know that LinkedIn is a recruiter's dream but it's not always easy deciding/ knowing how to represent yourself, what to share, how to engage.  Looking at the infographic, we can see LinkedIn's secret weapons is to create a community or group - this is no easy task and something 4MAT's LinkedIn training might be able to help with.

But what other social networks are right for your business?  Take a look below and see what you think and please feel free to share any success stories you've had using social media for recruitment below or take a look at our Four Seasons Facebook page case study.

Great infographic with some great advice on who to engange with on what platforms, but I'm not sure the same can be applied to for recruitment though. Would the audience on a certain platform be comfortable with recruitment activity taking place there? Whilst I fit into the largest segment on Facebook (just!) I wouldn't feel too comfortable with a recruiter approaching me on there, where as on LinkedIn it wouldn't be an issue - but maybe thats just me!
