James Saunders 4MAT 2015: Round Up

We started 2015 confidently by settling in to our amazing new offices in the City; 4MAT’s first move in 10 years!

This signalled a real step forward for us and reflected our growth, our success and our desire to provide a world class work space for our team. 

Revenue, Teamwork and Developments:

Revenue in 2015 is set to be the highest it’s ever been, with significant customer renewals and new business wins helping to bolster our success.

As ever, this year’s success has been down to our fantastic team, which I believe to be our strongest yet - 4MAT’s culture is pervasive and we all share a strong focus to consistently deliver excellent outcomes to our customers.

We’ve invested hugely in the development of our DV4 product this year, taking on feedback from our clients to produce a system that remains to be world-beating. 

We’ve also introduced some new - and clever - features such as personalisation, content wall functionality and a social hub, to give our clients more flexibility and freedom to showcase the content they want while targeting higher numbers of the right type of candidates. 

In addition, we completed the implementation of our new CRM system, Accelo, which was hugely significant in driving customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Other significant projects this year included a re-brand of our corporate identity, signing a major contract to upgrade our customer hosting facility and the completion of two major releases of our DV4 product. 

We have a further launch scheduled for the New Year, including feedback we’ve received from customers to ensure that our product is the best that it can possibly be.

Awards and Renewals:

4MAT continues to be recognised as the best company in its chosen market with some major award wins. In February, we saw 12 of our clients nominated for OnRec Awards, with a total of four taking home top honours. 

Later in the year we celebrated with Spencer Ogden and Aspire, who respectively won the 'Best Large Recruitment Consultancy' and 'Best Small Recruitment Consultancy Website' at the NORAs and Aspire won 'Agency of the Year' at the inaugural Marketing and Digital Recruitment Awards 2015 (MADRAs). 

As ever we’re really proud to see our clients being recognised and honoured for the work that we do.

There have been some significant contractual renewals in 2015, which have not only helped contribute to our record-breaking revenue, but also reflected the record breaking levels of customer satisfaction we have received at 4MAT.  

This was validated by the fact that, in June, we completed our annual customer survey and received our highest recommendation rate and best overall score.

Looking Ahead:

Moving into 2016, our biggest focus will be on mitigating the challenges of rapid growth. Part of this is ensuring we have the resources - time and people - required to exceed our own high expectations for the business. 

As always, we’ll continue striving to deliver our number one value: brilliant service that exceeds customer expectations.

Overall, an excellent year, perhaps the best year ever!
