An evening session, hosted by Jeff Grout (4MAT's Non-Executive Director), discussing how in turbulent times, moreso than ever, the client is king. Recruitment companies must strive to build closer ties with their current clients and form new relationships with prospective ones.
Having managed Robert Half through the last major recession, Jeff presented ways of building client relationships during times of economic instability to gain competitive advantage for the long term.

Another of the etc.venues family played host to the event: The Hatton is located in London's famous diamond district in Hatton Gardens, in a fantastic eight-storey art deco building. Our event took place in Silver 1, on level 4, with the drinks reception in the Onyx restaurant, level 6, which offers impressive panoramic views above and across London.
