Having had a multi-site dotVacancy2 solution delivered across 10 business units that was supported by digital recruitment marketing campaigns, 2009 marked the start of the embellished partnership whereby a variety of the Capita sites were upgraded to 4MAT's latest web platform (dotVacancy3), of which Capita Education is one.
4MAT have been providing digital recruitment marketing services for Capita Resourcing for over 4 years. During that period 4MAT have provided consultancy and digital marketing with a focus on Search Engine Optimisation and Pay per Click advertising.
- Digital marketing has provided the following return on investment: 82% of all website visitors.
- Over 800 candidate enquiries per month.
- Approx 50% of all candidates generated by digital marketing registered for work.
- Approx 50% of all candidate who registered for work were placed in work.
