They also work with large blue chip organizations who are looking to attract, recruit and retain more women within their technology teams. The re-launch of their website has allowed womenintechnology to prove that they are more than just a "jobs board" by providing their target audience with great career advice, training sessions and events. One of 4MATs longest standing clients, the site went on to win "Best National Recruitment Agency web site" in 2004. Together with 4MAT their online contribution has an extensive SEO campaign, guiding large volumes of traffic to the site and making the web site Eden Brown's best source of candidate placements.

Summary objectives: CBSbutler came to 4MAT to develop an online solution to represent their diverse portfolio of sectors and business areas. The resulting website generated more candidates in the first 2 months than their previous website had in a year.
