Bio
Passionate about online recruitment, David has been working in the recruitment sector for 17 years with over 12 of these spent developing recruitment strategies using online technology.
David has worked with a wide range of direct employers, RPO and vendor management businesses and recruitment agencies, including CfBT Education Trust, Carphone Warehouse, GSK, Yell, RBI and Sony Playstation.
At 4MAT David is responsible for working closely with direct employers, RPO organisations and internal recruitment teams, to develop integrated online recruitment marketing strategies. This includes employer branding, career website design, social media, talent attraction and management using the latest online tools.
Likes
David started his working life racing yachts and still gets out occasionally. However that has to take a back seat to his other passion, horses and eventing, which took him to Hungary in 2009 as part of the support crew for the European British 2* Eventing Support Team & then again in 2011 when they won Gold. Living out in the country keeps him busy walking and having fun in dog agility, with his Border Collie, he is also to be seen treading the boards.
