Diagnostic

Introduction: This Diversity Diagnostic has been designed to help you, in your role as employer and as recruitment agency/consultancy, to become a more inclusive organisation. It is the first step in planning the actions you will need to take. There is a great deal of information and support available to you from the REC and Jobcentre Plus as well as the expert partner organisations that have been involved in producing this toolkit. Wherever possible a link will be included in your draft action plan to get you to the relevant help as efficiently as possible.
