Four Seasons Recruitment is a boutique agency that works with many well known and high profile retail brands such as Harrods, Tommy Hilfiger and Apple. Four Seasons’ objective was to develop two websites catering to both permanent careers and temporary jobs that reflect the brand quality of their clients. The aim of the new websites’ design was to highlight new services, attract more candidates and increase headcount whilst increasing revenue through additional candidate placements and inbound customer enquiries.
In response to this brief 4MAT used every creative service at its disposal, including internal and client workshops and candidate discussion groups. The design team’s process involved development using mood-boards, detailed work on wireframes and information architecture and substantial graphic design.
The elegant and chic redesign is fitting with the identity of the agency and mirrors the quality of its clients’ brands. The sites are both visually sophisticated and fully functional; offering candidates and clients an intuitive and cohesive experience. Each site has been given its own subtle styling to differentiate the candidate spaces and contain the necessary functions and search engine optimization to deliver the business benefits.
After the first month of the launch the new website had already generated enough business to pay for itself and become profitable through increased business generation and sourcing internal placements.
