4MAT was founded in 1999 by a former recruitment headhunter and was entirely focused on the recruitment market from inception. It has been ever since.
As dotcom pioneer and survivor, our business has grown steadily as the internet, and more specifically online recruitment, has evolved.
In 2000 4MAT was the first company to take a commoditised recruitment web site offering to market, in the form of the dotVacancy system. In the post dotcom years, we were early adopters of recruitment search engine optimisation. As the amount of job searches conducted through search engines grew exponentially, we helped clients to maximise their site traffic.
In the last few years of the noughties, we expanded our service to offer other products in the marketing mix and we are we are a full service digital agency to the recruitment, jobs board and corporate recruitment markets.
4MAT does not have a mission. More practically however it does have a purpose:
