Hosting and Support

4MAT offers client only boutique hosting and support service.

Our objective is to provide clients with a fully outsourced, no hassle service offering, which enables 4MAT and our clients to concentrate on maximising the value from their website. 


Website Hosting

Utilising space in a state of the art data centre, 4MAT runs our own server racks and hardware that have been tailored to provide the optimal environment to host our websites. 

Our email utility services send out over 1.5million emails a month.  Furthermore we have proactive monitoring systems to diagnose and fix issues before they become a serious problem. 

Over the last year our clients have enjoyed a 99.5% uptime.

Website Support 

At 4MAT we have a personal approach to website support.  All support issues are logged, prioritised and tracked in our issue tracking system. 

However unlike some organisations, support issues are dealt with by a person, either the primary or secondary Account Manager allocated to your account.  This policy of allocating at least two points of contact to our client accounts means that the 4MAT personnel that deal with your issues have both a good understanding of your account and an established working relationship.
