James' consultative role ensures that 4MATs clients get the best from their online recruitment and digital marketing strategy. James completed a degree in Business Information Systems Design at Kingston University, and his work history has taken him across all aspects of web development, project implementation, client development, relationship management, and sales and marketing.
Now, with over a decade of experience in the digital realm including three years working in the recruitment industry, James has a proven track record of delivering fantastic solutions for some of the leading names in recruitment and big non-recruitment names such as VeriSign, BT Retail and Mizuno Sports.
A creative thinker, James has an acute knack of understanding the problems faced by businesses and combining marketing and technology to create solutions that drive revenue and solve problems.
James is very passionate about building partnerships and implementing strategies that deliver proven ROI driven results.
'I enjoy working with all clients, irrespective of size and kudos. I get just a big a kick out running successful campaigns for smaller agencies as I do delivering global projects for multi-national recruiters. Big companies offer the challenge of working within a complex organisation whilst with smaller agencies you really feel like you are making a difference. The beauty of the internet is that everyone starts on a level playing field and it’s my job to manipulate that to my client’s advantage.’

Kitesurfing, not taking life too seriously (apart from my work of course), avocados, skiing, rugby, red wine, travelling, Motown and soul (everybody needs a bit of funk in their lives), oh and cheese.

People who moan, The X Factor, Discussing The X Factor with Tara (she sits next to me), boredom.
