James is an Account Director at 4MAT with over a decade of experience in the digital realm. Prior to working at 4MAT James designed touch screen applications for the retail industry and headed up a team of designers and developers creating ecommerce sites for the likes of Mizuno Sports. Since joinging 4MAT 6 years ago James has been helping some of the biggest (and smallest) names in recruitment get the most from their online recruitment strategy.
A creative thinker, James has an acute knack of understanding the problems faced by businesses and combining marketing and technology to create solutions that drive revenue and solve problems.
'I enjoy working with all clients, irrespective of size and kudos. I get just a big a kick out running successful campaigns for smaller agencies as I do delivering global projects for multi-national recruiters. Big companies offer the challenge of working within a complex organisation whilst with smaller agencies you really feel like you are making a difference. The beauty of the internet is that everyone starts on a level playing field and it’s my job to manipulate that to my client’s advantage.’
