Jamie is a Business Development Manager who works exclusively with direct employers. He has spent his 13 year career in recruitment marketing across various sectors working with direct clients, recruitment agencies and ad agencies to help deliver targeted and cost effective campaigns. In this time he has worked on products such as Marketing Week, The Lawyer and The Telegraph newspaper developing recruitment marketing solutions and helping clients increase their brand awareness.
Jamie has first-hand experience and knowledge of the changes that the recruitment market has under gone in recent years and truly believes in the opportunities that new technology can bring to allow direct employers
invest in their brands and take control of their talent sourcing. He left the media sector to join 4MAT to help clients embrace and communicate the power of their brand and give them the platforms to help attract top talent in competitive market places.
