Organisation and planning are at the core of this role; you'll ensure that projects come together on time and budget, monitoring and negotiating timescales. You'll make sure websites and marketing campaigns are delivered to clients' satisfaction, driving traffic to the sites and at the same time maintaining profit margins. The ability to write effective, clear requirement specifications and documentation is vital to brief designers, developers and marketing specialists.
4MATs services include branding, email marketing, content generation, search marketing, graphic design, microsites, creative campaigns, mobile applications, social media marketing, user interfaces, content management systems and more.
Project Managers at 4MAT don't just manage clients and projects, they nurture relationships. To do this, you'll excel in communicating to your workmates and clients, managing their expectations and making sure that everyone knows what's going on. You will be at ease taking a consultative approach and able to communicate with all levels of client from CEOs to marketing assistants. After project delivery, you'll maintain these relationships, understanding when to intervene and how best to act on client problems.
We want people who can get excited about 4MAT and their clients' brands and develop a passion for their products and services, progressing the business with every step. If you have previous digital, website or search experience this would be a bonus, but agency experience is the main priority.
