Lauren is brand new to London life, having spent the last five years enjoying the lovely landscape of the Cotswolds and making the big move in May 2016 to join 4MAT.

In early 2015, following a successful career in hospitality management, Lauren decided to turn her hand to the world of Digital and Tech recruitment.

After just over a year, Lauren developed a real interest in the movement of this industry, deciding to move to London and pursue a role that would increase this exposure whilst still allowing her to build upon existing skills. Due to her time in recruitment, Lauren has a great understanding of the needs of both clients and candidates alike, which combined with the experience she gained from hospitality management have allowed her the opportunity to be a successful account manager.
