Following the appointment of 4MAT as Lawrence Harvey’s new web development project in June 2009, www.lawrenceharvey.com is now live and multilingual. The Search & Select firm now has a sophisticated dotVacancy3 website with 20 fully-functional interfaces that are split by country and sector in order to ensure that the user experience is specific and relevant. This includes the Featured Employers, banners, images and content. Currently available in English, Dutch and German, the site has room to expand to complement their other offices, which are presented through the flash imagery on the homepage.

As well as embracing all standard recruitment site functionality, Lawrence Harvey’s new site complements their global reach through a clever job search functionality that recognises the users keyboard language when it comes to their search: eg. SAP and London, SAP und Berlin, SAP en Maastricht.

These features exemplify the candidate focus motivating the team at Lawrence Harvey. The cutting edge design and multiple calls to action facilitate online interaction for candidates looking for jobs in the SAP, IT & Banking Technologies, Energy, Accountancy & Finance and Oil & Gas markets. The interactive job search is an added embellishment on this non-static and aesthetically pleasing site that reflects the fast-paced but user-friendly company.

“Due to working in dedicated niche markets, Lawrence Harvey has been one of the fastest growing recruitment consultancies across Europe,” says Tom Glanfield, Director of Lawrence Harvey. “So when selecting a partner to take responsibility for our website and e-marketing, 4MAT was top of our list. They have an intelligent, structured approach and designed our site in line with our growth strategy. Their delivery is second to none, they’re not scared to push you, and I feel safe in the knowledge that our website is being handled by a team of dedicated professionals.”

Phase Two of the web launch will include bespoke timesheet development, and more multilingual additions.
