Bio
Phil is responsible for 4MAT's technical infrastructure, including the development platform, customer hosting and internal IT.
Phil completed a degree in Classics at the University of Cambridge, before moving to London to start up a small agency business with friends. Utilizing a nationwide network of language teachers the company successfully sold and managed on-site foreign language tuition for business professionals within blue chip firms.
Phil then moved into business research, working as a research assistant to the Director of MBA Programmes at City University Business School, whilst also completing an MSc in International Business from Birkbeck College. In 1999 looking for a challenge in the internet arena, Phil joined 4MAT. He has since been involved with most aspects of the business, but in the past 5 years has taken a leading role on the technical side. Phil is a fully qualified MCSE and MCDBA.

Phil has varied interests outside work, including team sports, diving, running (he has completed the Arctic marathon) and playing the piano.
