Tom joined us in May 2014 to spearhead our new Business and Client Development Team within the recruitment sector.

After a successful 8 years within the world of recruitment and executive search, both nationally and internationally (working in Financial Services, Oil & Gas and Senior & Executive Sales appointments), Tom has spent most of the last 5 years working with early stage, high growth technology and online marketing businesses, helping to establish them through new business development.

He recently spent a great couple of years in the formative years of Groupon UK, strengthening their position as the leaders in their field. Tom has for many years worked with some of the world’s largest brands and household names but has also forged strong and lasting bonds with the SME community, particularly in Yorkshire where he has lived for the past 15 years, having left Liverpool as a 19 year old.

For any business-related queries or anything regarding working with 4MAT, email Tom and he'll be more than happy to arrange a suitable time to talk or discuss what 4MAT can offer you.
