It's a win for 4MAT clients at the 2018 ONREC Awards
It was all hands to the pump on Thursday 1st March as the great and the good of the recruitment sector took to the Grange Hotel for the 2018 ONREC Awards, to celebrate the success, innovation and best campaigns within the industry over the past twelve months.

At 4MAT, we were particularly excited, especially given that a massive ten of our clients had been put forward for an award: Oscar Recruitment for The Best Online Candidate Experience Award, and the Best Corporate Graduate Site Award, the Niche Jobboard Award, and Innovative Use of Social Media; Atkins Global for the Best Corporate Use of Online Recruitment Award, alongside Harrods, who were debuting their new careers website with another nomination for The Creative Online Marketing Award, whilst the category Best Use of Online Recruitment by a Recruitment Agency saw Profiles Creative, Service Care Solutions, Cavendish Professionals, IDEX Consulting, Anderselite and Charles Hunter all nominated. Recruitment giant Fircroft was also nominated for multiple categories, including The Best Online Candidate Experience Award and The Creative Online Marketing Award.


With such a promising start to the evening, we were, needless to say, delighted when two of our clients took home ONREC Awards at the end of the night! Following their best year ever as a graduate employer, pulling in record numbers of CVs and traffic to their website over their graduate scheme recruiting campaign, npower took home a well-deserved plaque for The Best Corporate Graduate Site Award 2018. 

Our brand-new employer website for Harrods soon followed suit, clinching the award for The Creative Online Marketing Award following the launch of their dynamic new careers website. Designed to capitalise on Harrods’ different social media channels, the new website pulled in and displayed posts and content from those channels on the home page of their careers website, making it easy to attract traffic back to their website with easily shareable blog posts and job vacancies.
