Profiles Creative website goes live
The new Profiles Creative website is live. Delivering the best creative jobs to the best creative talent in the industry, this website is designed to engage candidates and deliver the best user experience in the marketplace.

4MAT was appointed to build a new website for Profiles Creative, who wanted to update their current site to better reflect their brand. In order to establish themselves as a key player in the creative recruitment market and distinguish themselves from their competitors, 4MAT’s key objective was to showcase Profiles Creative’s unique selling point: their creativity, and experience in hiring for the creative market across a range of divisions, including design & creative, digital & ecommerce, social & content, marketing & communications and PR & client services. Partnering with agencies as well as premium and luxury brands and companies, the site would be designed to attract both potential candidates and client companies, which the new website is doing very successfully, even earning Profiles Creative a nomination for the Recruiter Investing Talent Awards this year. Profiles Creative wanted their website to be redesigned to reflect the creative side to their business, and strengthen their brand, as well as appeal to the range of industries they cater to, from travel and the media to retail and fashion.

As well as a redesigned style and format, the site had to deliver an excellent user experience, with features that would be easy to use and which would engage and convert potential candidates. Their new website is designed to do just this, and includes features unique to 4MAT, like a predictive search bar, that can deliver jobs and content, Google-style, as the candidate types their query, add-ons that personalise the site’s content depending on the candidate’s browsing history, and a social hub.

Designed to make it easier than ever to apply for jobs and navigate different sections of the site, the social hub is a cutting-edge innovation that adds a human touch to the job-seeking process. Reflecting the changing nature of the recruitment industry, the social hub provides a manager, or point of contact, for any jobs being advertised, should candidates have any queries about the role for which they are applying. The site also includes a blog and links to the company’s social media pages. These essential developments will not only attract candidates, but boost Profiles Creative’s SEO rankings, making them rank higher than their competitors on Google whenever potential candidates search for keywords, and which will increase their traffic as a result.

Working on freelance, permanent and contract roles across a variety of different industries, Profiles Creative has specialised in supplying the best creative candidates to the best creative roles since 2002. Their new website will help them to carry on building a strong brand presence, expanding their portfolio of clients, and being industry leaders in the creative employment sector.
