Taking the stage at APSCo’s Marketing Forum
On Tuesday afternoon, James Saunders, CEO and Warren Davidson, Head of Digital Marketing, took the stage at the latest APSCo Marketing Forum. The event took place in the vibrant Runway East in London’s Finsbury Square.

With the main theme for the forum being “Setting your company up for success – what does your online profile say about you?”, James and Warren spoke about the latest innovations in candidate experience and marketing automation.

Current candidate expectations are higher than ever before, and recruitment marketing managers are under enormous pressure to offer top class user experience and effective digital advertising. The main points highlighted in the presentation were:

- How candidate expectations have evolved and how recruitment websites need to adapt
- 2019 digital recruitment landscape: the latest Google for Jobs research and how to maximise your digital advertising efforts
- How to improve the quality of candidates delivered by your website
- Marketing automation: what we already know and what’s coming next?

James and Warren made sure to include real-life examples and practical takeaways in the session, which ended with an insightful Q&A round with the audience.

After 4MAT’s presentation, Rob Quirk, Head of Marketing at Harnham Search, spoke about the best tactics to promote your brand using both the company's and your customer’s and employees’ online profiles. He focused especially on how to build an employer brand for Millennials.

Thanks to all the attendees and APSCo team for the insightful get-together – see you next time!
