Gareth heads up all Product Development at 4MAT. His working week varies between planning our product roadmap, hands on development and architecting strategic technical solutions for clients.

With over 13 years of history working with many different aspects of recruitment technology, he has a strong understanding of recruitment technology, digital recruitment marketing and where it’s heading. He started his career with a provider of back-office recruitment database systems, moved onto a well-known jobsboard (Milkround Online), before starting at 4MAT 11 years ago and working through the ranks to head up all product development and technical consultancy.

Gareth has a strong interest in monitoring new and experimental technologies and emerging business models within online recruitment. He uses this insight to help develop 4MAT’s technology and product roadmap and also to help clients keep ahead of technology changes and get the most of systems and technologies available.

Gareth has a HUGE interest and passions for all things astronomy, space and cosmology related.   He started up and runs the 4MAT Astronomy Club who have not as of yet managed to make it into orbit, but are working on it.
