Mollie graduated from the University of Exeter in 2014 with a degree in Management, Leadership and Politics. Alongside her degree, Mollie worked for the Exeter University Careers department, liaising with employers looking to recruit students. This gave her an insight into understanding the needs of candidates and employers, which she is keen to continue with 4MAT.

While studying, Mollie also gained valuable experience in customer service working at John Lewis and Bobbi Brown as a fragrance and beauty assistant, giving her an acute understanding of the need for quality service and how it can make a difference to customer satisfaction.

In her spare time, Mollie enjoys, listening to Katy Perry, cooking, watching stand-up comedy and spending time with friends.

Mollie joined 4MAT as an intern in October 2014 and is now a full time Account Executive at 4MAT.
