Navartis is an established and respected Technical Recruitment brand in the Rail, Civil Engineering and Power industries. 4MAT were appointed to design and build a new website that would help Navartis to be recognised as a talented, dedicated team of professionals who are fiercely competing with the other players in their market.
The site aimed to elevate Navartis’ digital presence to a balance of professional, vibrant and trendy, whilst ultimately delivering a site that converts candidates into applications efficiently.
4MAT undertook a thorough discovery and wireframe process to propose a structure that puts the Navartis employees at the forefront of the website. Utilising the DV4 social hub functionality, each user has a dedicated page that provides their contact information to candidates and clients, has simple workflows that allow users to send their CVs, whilst also showing all jobs those consultants have live at that time.
Particular attention was given to the ‘Join us’ section which aims to attract candidates to joining the Navartis team through showing them footage from inside the Navartis office, talking about the growth the business has achieved since inception, the culture within the business and the career path new starts can expect to embark on.
The site is flush with hover states and animations giving a modern and engaging feel. One of the things that impressed us about Navartis was the attention to detail they have in their office, right down to tables with curved edges to help improve the flow of the office environment. Translating that to the website, we have an immersive experience where you feel you are flowing from one area to the other at a pleasurable pace.”
