A long-standing client, Spencer Ogden operates in 14 cities across the UK, Middle East, North America, Asia and Australia. Spencer Ogden required a website overhaul to reflect their business growth and expansion into new energy sectors. The multi-interface website offering needed to offer a high level of functionality and aesthetic differentiation between each sector, yet maintaining the memorable branding throughout.
A series of fully integrated designs were deployed. Candidates can access their account, upload a CV, shortlist jobs and set job alerts across any device, all synchronised with a single login. Content is managed through 4MAT’s Knowledge Centre module, providing candidates with easy access to Spencer Ogden’s wealth of engaging news, blogs and articles.
The new website launched three new sectors, bringing the total up to nine, as well as their internal recruitment platform and group site. Each site acts independently from one another yet enables candidates and clients to know everything about Spencer Ogden quickly and easily.
