4MAT partnered with TDM Recruitment Group (TDM) in 2016 to rebrand the business and launch a new website platform that would assist them in reaching their ambitious growth plans. TDM, based in Faversham, are recognised in the market as specialists in construction recruitment. They service the whole of the UK and a large number of contracts in London.
4MAT’s research process highlighted that a number of companies in the marketplace conform to the same visual appearance - photos of London cityscapes, corporate feel, almost “law firm” in appearance. TDM wanted to be different. They wanted to not only stand out against the competition, they wanted to disrupt the marketplace.
The TDM mark became a splash of paint in the TDM blue colour. This plays to the disruptive element of the brief and allows TDM to be bold in their online and offline marketing, standing out against their competitors. A set of brand guidelines and stationery was created to accompany the logo, further developing a style that would be applied to the website.
The website itself is built with conversions in mind, with a large job search front and center of the homepage, and quick links to key workflows at the top of the page. Utilising 4MAT’s ‘Social Hub’ functionality, TDM’s employees are prominent throughout the site, appearing on job pages and blog pages, and providing candidates with alternative methods of getting in touch than just the traditional ‘apply’ and ‘register’.
